Bayesian contour detection in a time series of ultra-sound images through dynamic deformable template models

Abstract

Deformable template models and Markov chain Monte Carlo methods are used for analyzing a space-time process of intracoronary ultrasound images in order to detect the artery contour and various characteristics as a function of time.
